It's an event vehicle. The event has been over for a year. The 2s38 is a normal premium.

Both event and bp vehicles should come back from time to time. Getting locked out of a unique/fun/utterly useless but fun vehicle is just dumb and retarded. Not to mention the cash Greedjin could get from it...
