However, Germany also recieved the same vehicle. So did many other nations. Your argument to add these optics says two things - you don't follow the ingame changes, with the recent uptiers of most of midtier German vehicles and second of all, it screams "skill issue" on your part.
Put som points into rangefinding and use that damn thing and stop whining. There's tutorials on how to do it, but simply put - you need to set your scroll wheel away from zooming and into changing the range of your gun. Then setup a hotkey for the rangefinder. Then put some XP points into rangefinding on your gunner. Done. Enjoy lobbing artillery shells 1000m away.

i didnt played it but i guess its the same as a Sturmtiger, use rangefinder>set distance>fire
