Why Can't We Walk Around in the Hangar?

During the 10th Year Anniversary last year, we got an option to walk around the hangar by clicking a dude standing near a specific location, thus being able to ''control'' him...why wasn't this brought back for this year? Why isn't it a permanent thing? The hangar map was (and is) amazingly detailed...Warthunder looks amazing in FPV
