Thats why i usually have to use only its 0.50s for shooting down japanese planes.
Thats why very short bursts give a lot of knock down , its comes to the gun sight pretty good and I see a lot of guys do very well with them , I did ok myself for awhile just I like to change my line ups around so its now sitting on the bench , got to watch your 6 its very vulnerable from behind but it sure packs some punch .
Well, for starters, I mostly play AB, but I disagree.
I can't tell you how many times I got kills just turnfigthing with it- against P51s, BF109's, FW's.... Im not sure, maybe I was just facing people who really didn't know what they were doing, or the plane itself is really that good. Or, you know, it's because of AB flight model.
I honestly don't know, since turnfighting with XP50 is usualy my "last stand, my last move to try to survive", but mostly, it gets me out of trouble just fine. With some kills under my belt to spice it up.
In any case- an awesome plane in my opinion.
