Angle armor and pray you don't explode.

Also there is one more thing, sometimes when I get shot ( In all tanks ) it doesnt even show the shell. It just shows that I lost a crew member/parts. Why is that?

angle the armour, learn where to shoot to one-hit enemies and laugh maniacly while doing so?

-Stay far from enemies, distance is your friend

-Angling is one thing but staying in hull down position so only the turret can be hit is better

-Only peak out to fire or you have bigger chance to be spotted/shooted at

-Make use of the commander binocular, its always slightly aboved the turret and so allow you to see over your cover

-Aiming, for T34-85 try to hit the center hull (hitting the hatches will only bounce off) or direclty next to the gun (because same happens otherwise)

-Stay near allies so you have less chance to get flancked

Those are the basics, after some time you will know the good spot to camp&sniper

you gotta learn to angle like a pro. http://i.imgur.com/eXKn38J.jpg
it's better if you learn to angle yourself since it will help you in other tanks too, also when it comes to facing mutliple enemies at a time you might wanna have read up on how much pen they have so you can focus your angling on the one that will kill you :P.

i take 23 rounds PzGr39 only. (~30-35 on kursk or volokomsk)
taking more than 23 means your side ammo racks get filled and you'll get ammo racked a lot more
i dont find shells other than PzGr39s particulary helpful as germans, only ever carry a few token PzGr40s when theyre available either, and even theyre hardly ever touched. i find aiming for weakspots both faster and more productive
angle your armour, helps a lot at medium range

apart from that just general RB and tank anatomy tips which you may or may not know

The tiger like certain german tanks are box oriented display from a hull perspective, this make it a prime tank for duties such as "charge deflects", "sidescrapping", "shot bait". The 100mm flat frontal surfaces along with the large lower plates which houses the transmission which can ensure you to be immobilized once you are hit there. However you could do something about it. You can angle your tank according to what you are facing at that moment. Lets take a T-34-85 for example with its 145mm penetration at point blank, you have the ability to angle your front to have the same effective thickness as your sides in cost that both armor plates will be equally effective to only certain penetrative shots (this wont stop an IS-2 so be careful). Against tanks with massive amount of penetration, its literally suicide to angle your front or even the turret in such cases. However you can angle the tiger to hide its front completely and only show your sides in a ricochet angle, this may bait an opponent to take a shot however competent opponents will simply relocate to get a clear shot or wait it off for reinforcements. The main weapon on this tank is its 88mm kwk L36 cannon which boasts very good amount of penetration from great distances. However unlike its Soviet counterpart with their 122mm D25 T, the mass of such 88 isconsiderably lower than the 122 so the 88mm is more inclined to bounce from certain angles of an enemy armor which means youd have to get a good shot in at the flattest surface in order to have a good kill, however its mass is quite enough to deal with angles as to the contemporary panther series. They are an interesting set of tanks and i can understand how not everyone are fans of such vehicles, hope this helps out
