WRONG. It only takes into account your kill RP, which is miniscule as most of your RP comes from "activity". It's a lie. Gaijin's Skill RP bonus is a lie.
22k RP, about 10k+ RP is for module, not vehicle. Look at the skill bonus amount. It only accounts for the kill RP reward, which is highly misleading from the hype they were building to 'correct' the horrible economy and progression system. It's a bait and switch, hoping the players are dumb enough to not notice.
It only accounts for RP generated from kills. The RP generated from activity (the vast majority of your RP), capping point, assist, repair, etc. do not count toward the 15% to 100% bonus.

I also got a glims of there new game, called "Modern Warships" where they sell the yamato for 150 bucks. God, this company is really the worst combo of Post Soviet Union Depression and Digital Age Late Stage Capitalism.
Might aswell go buy the Call of Duty Battlepass at this point. :D
RP earnings were not lowered in the update.
No it's not. That is not how the change worked. The bonus multiplies your base RP (base RP is not necessarily that high: it's before boosters, premium account/vehicle RP is added). You're getting the normal amount as before, plus a small bonus based on the amount of kills you get, depending if you get into Level 1, 2 or 3.
I've already lost count how many times I've had team mates chase planes that are stuck in a flatspin, on fire, with missing tail, something that happens far more since this update hit. This is a plague.
If you earn a lot of assists, why not award it for that as well? Especially for tanks, lobbing a shell that disables the enemy almost completely and a team mate kills before you can reload, you should get a point for things like that as well considering you practically killed the enemy, you were quite literally, killstolen. Something that happens way too often in both ARB and GRB, and even more often lately.
Rewarding based on score will mean you get rewarded based on actually playing the game, objectives, etc. Kills, assists, capping, bombing, ground target erasing, it all counts towards it.
The only thing I see this system doing is create more frustration and serve as an incentive for more CAS in tanks, more spawncamping, more killstealing, more "mine mine mine mine" mentality and less actually playing the objectives because why would you? You can get more rewards if you DON'T play the objective.
