BTR-80A should be nerfed.
CV9030FIN has laser rangerfinder, termal and a top shell of 110mm of penetration, but it moves slower and has a lover rate of fire - it is 9.3. BTR is moving faster, has higher fire rate and top shell of 80mm (almost like stock CVFIN has), but it doesn't have termal and laser rangerfinder. So, basically it must be moved to 8.0 or 8.3 from 7.3 like it has now.
