late game joining at 9.0+

Why am i joining late to every single game when i say late i mean like 5 minutes late or even up to like 10 minutes late. Just joined a game an 90% of the enemy team is already at the cap.

You can disable "join in progress" from within the options menu.

Some BRs are certain times, across different servers can be spars so there's less games running.
