Whats the point of incendiary/napalm bombs?
Is there a reason to take them over normal ones?

Not really, it just damages open top vehicles and I think it may mark enemies with the hitmarker that drive through it

how many dmg a 500kg flame bomb does vs a 500kg explosive one against a base?

I wouldn't be able to directly quantify it, but the Napalm bomb will do more over time than the direct damage a conventional bomb would apply.

However, you frankly get more points for using conventional bombs vs Napalm because it requires more hits vs. the Napalm doesn't give you consistent damage ticks.

I hope this is something that changes in the future, but Napalm is just kinda not fundamentally preferred to use in any meaningful way.

Killing someone with a flame bomb is just that extra flex over them.
