The Block 10s& 15s have better flight performance compared to the Block 50s, but that's only going to matter in the rare instances you actually get to 1v1 someone.
The AIM-9Ms also have IRCCM so they're resistance to countermeasures and have the added bonus of being smokeless.
The F-16C offers a lot more than what may be seen.
You're also going to be looking at an improved radar (Afaik), an HMD and much better ground ordinance.
Also what this homie said, F-16C is effectively the best US CAS plane for Ground RB now. It's the first super sonic to get the AGM-65D on the US tech tree, which makes it incredibly lethal at distance when brought up to Mach speeds.
And needless to say it has better radar, engine and armaments then it's earlier variants.
