Because we still compare them and how useful they are.. would you really prefer a Ozelot that cant defend itself, against a Gepard that CAN defend itself against other tanks?
And yea... ADATS... QN506...
Oh you mean the vodka cripple
The point is that you can disable barrels and tracks and you can kill em from the side and you can also wipe lightly armored vehicles of the map, therefore you are still viable to play around caps if there is nothing in the Air. SPAA with no guns turn into useless piece of junk if there is nothing in the air. M247 in a city is the equivalent to using a shotgun inside an apartment.. I actually have more Tank kills on my M247 than I have Air kills.
A bit overstatement, but get what your saying. However the reality is that M247 got beaten up by the nerf hammer so badly that it should be hospitalized. And this happened long time ago and it's not longer ground combat effective like it used to be.
I do miss the old M247 that was able to defend itself against tanks. But mean while Gepard and ItPsV 90 get to keep their APDS to dunk on MBT's.
Are you trying to say it's terrible? Cause that sounds good to me.
