WHAT IS THE BEST LIGHT TANK NATION AND BEST T.D NATION ????

I feel like I would in joy War Thunder Ground forces way more if I play light tanks. I just feel like it will fit my gameplay. So what is the best nation in the hole game for light tanks? I just want speed and good gun on the light tanks. And also what nation have the best T.D ?

Personally: Jagtiger as TD and Bmp1 as light tank. Statisticly speaking i might be waaay off. (I only have Sovjet and deutsche)

I can definitely say that Germans are the best Tank Destroyer nation from what I have experienced.

As for light tank, it is hard to say so far but I think Soviet is up there.

american light tanks, gives you a good range from low br up into the high stuff. as for TD, gun isnt everything, but if you want long accuracy, Germans, speed (mostly) americans (M18).

Going for Germany and US is pretty good option if you are fan of both TDs and lights.

france/italy is a whole lineup of speedy TD/LT vehicles with odd playstyles
quite fun overall

China or France for light tanks
China gets both American light tanks for early-mid and Soviet light tanks for mid-high

M24 (US & Japanese) for a good light tank, good gun at 3.3.
Chinese version has a higher BR.

SPGs for beginners: M10 & M18, either can kill anything it faces and take a hit (M10) or kill anything it faces and speed in and out of cover (M18).

"Best" is rather vague.

USA has lots of light tanks (at least one in every battle rating range) and they are fairly good at what they do. Their tank destroyers on the other hand are weird and the ones that are successful don't behave like tank destroyers.

Germany has very powerful tank destroyers, but they are very limited in terms of lighter vehicles of any kind. Being in the same team with Germans also tends to be depressing.

Italy has a good selection of vehicles that play like light tanks, tank destroyers, or sometimes both. They are however tricky to use, have big jumps in battle ratings within the tech tree, and their good stuff only starts at tier 3.

Italy doesn't have much for actual TDs, they're assault guns with the exception of the 75/46.
The semoventes before that have the same cannon as the P40, which is already below average in performance by the second vehicle it's on.
