It's not about you, or the team.
Yeah, but all of the other systems distract from it. This game is a convoluted mess. Just the fact that people actually do the things you're talking about is proof that winning is little more than a byproduct of ulterior motives.
It's rare that I find myself playing in a match where the team's primary shared goal is actually winning. Even then, the motivation for simply winning is overshadowed by scoring kills. For example, no one is actually going to want to defend a capture point for 10 minutes and end the game with 0 score even if it's a win.
TBH I don't care about winning, I just wanna revenge bomb that stupid sausage stuffed German main in the 6.3 Tiger 2 P
