You can't click the buttons with the mouse either.
Cool concept, wouldn't work with standalone though. Soon as I look around, my hands get lost by the headset as they're now behind the headset. That would happen quite a bit, when in a combat situation.
People should also realise what the bumps on their keyboards are for, like on the F, J, and num 5 keys.
Using any HOTAS you have 99,99% of the controls on it. You don't need the keyboard or mouse. I mean i am not the typical VR guy but i also tried war thunder with my quest 2 and t16000m. Having that rookie setup (and setting the controls properly in the settings) you are good to go even on jets with advanded radars
