I am getting very good a belly landing on a runway. But I still cannot change my loadout. I wonder if landing in a river near an airport would work?
I wonder why they would allow seaplanes on a non sea map in the first place?
It'd have to be pretty close I imagine, but I am also not 100% sure.
To be honest, I'm not sure what plane it is, but most seaplanes are pretty low BR and don't translate that expensive into Sim. So I would say you could 100% afford a J out to change your equipment.
Gajin is pretty petty with the radius airfields repair you at. It used to be kinda generous, but now it feels like you have to be directly on said airfield.
Worst than that is the fact that in some "water" maps you can use planes without tail hook so even IF you belly land you can overshoot the carrier.
I too have run into that problem. No tailhook and you will continue right off the front of the CV. It really sucks when you get put in a naval battle in a Spitfire.
