How do I rearm a seaplane in sim or rb air?
There is no where to land near Kursk. So I just belly land and it rearms and repairs me and puts me back in the air. I cannot J out though. How do I rearm on a water map? Can I just land in a river or pond and I get rearmed? Where do I land to rearm on the English Channel map? It would be nice to be able to change load outs. Or j out and take a break.

with great difficulty, if there is a carrier available its rearm/repair is actually a radius around it so you can just float next to it (be careful not to get run over if they are moving...)

I am getting very good a belly landing on a runway. But I still cannot change my loadout. I wonder if landing in a river near an airport would work?

I wonder why they would allow seaplanes on a non sea map in the first place?

It'd have to be pretty close I imagine, but I am also not 100% sure.

To be honest, I'm not sure what plane it is, but most seaplanes are pretty low BR and don't translate that expensive into Sim. So I would say you could 100% afford a J out to change your equipment.

Gajin is pretty petty with the radius airfields repair you at. It used to be kinda generous, but now it feels like you have to be directly on said airfield.

Worst than that is the fact that in some "water" maps you can use planes without tail hook so even IF you belly land you can overshoot the carrier.

Actually managed my first carrier landing in an SU-11. Figures I'd get a map without airfields when doing a test drive in that, what with its high ammo count and all.. Almost slid off but bumped into some kind of pole which just about saved me and got me the achievement lol.

I too have run into that problem. No tailhook and you will continue right off the front of the CV. It really sucks when you get put in a naval battle in a Spitfire.

been years since i tried but with enough care you can belly land just about anything on a carrier, only thing i tried but never succeeded with was a b29, i could get it to stay on the deck but took too much damage
