What to use for Adamant award farm

Shouldnt be a shocker, its a BP challenge. What tanks are the best for it? Below 6.7 please.

Ive tried the jumbo but since that always faces panthers, which dont frickin care about both the frontals armors...what to use?

Jumbo is really good despite the panthers, you can just angle. Tigers always struggle. Tiger 2 is a decent option but you will face atgms, heatfs and sabot a lot

Basically every heavy tank in a full downtier except maybe post WW2 ones

I might be wrong but I think the award doesn't stack so basically anything that can take more than one hit is equally viable to do this challenge. It doesn't matter if you take 2 hits and survive or 20 hits and survive as you will only get "1" adamant award from it anyway per vehicle.

At least in the game that I just played I tanked like 50 hits without dying and only received "1" adamant progress on the challenge so do with this information as you will.

So technically pretty much any well armoured medium tank or heavy tank or even just something with a lot of crew will do equally well to do this challenge as long as you will survive a couple of hits without dying.

Pretty much any heavy tank. The Maus is perfect if you have one or any of the IS line etc imo...

i got the 30 with Jadgepanzer IV, i just went headon got shoot a couple time got the award and J out and got task in less than a hour

You don't necessarily need a heavy tank, you need crew numbers and preferably high crew skills in the right places PLUS it helps if it is a tank you are very familiar with and one that doesn't often get one-shotted.

I'm grinding the latest event in ground arcade with Italian circa 4.0 line up using the Breda as lead spawn and I get it pretty much every match playing aggressively

anyone confirm this? I've never payed attention to whether or not you get multiple adamants per vehicle.

You cannot get multiple adamant awards from 1 vehicle although I'm not sure if its limited to 1 per match or 1 per vehicle.

Ed: Just dug through my screenshots of War Thunder and you can only get 1 adamant per match no matter what.

The Churchill Mk VII. Stay at long range. Pop a few shots to attract attention from enemy tanks. Stay angled to receive shots.

This^^^^ though I would stick to tech tree vehicles rather than event/premium vehicles as not everyone has them or the money to buy them.

I would add the Tiger 1's and Tiger P due to them being pretty survivable if used properly (and the 4.3-6.3 BR range is better than getting into fights in the 6.7 King tiger and facing HEAT and ATGM's constantly). IS-2's and KV-85's can work well, the IS's do great if you drive around backwards as your engine and turret cheeks can soak up a ton of hits.

Personally I use either a tank I know I can catch a few rounds and survive in or I drive something like a T-80BVM and just sit next to an ADAT's or something and get an instant adamant award.

I appreciate the confirmation, as I said I wasn't entirely sure. For some odd reason I thought that in the past you could get multiple adamants but I might be misremembering it. They change stuff all the time so sometimes it is hard to tell.

Does anyone know if they changed this at some point or if it has always been like this? I wouldn't be surprised if they did it to reduce income since to be honest in my opinion it doesn't make a lot of sense that this award is limited to 1 per match. I could understand that it is limited to 1 per vehicle but why 1 per match? Makes no sense to me...
