Бан за Ник \ Get banned for nickname

Меня забанили за неподобающий ник в игре. На английском в причине бана указано, что надо написать в поддержку, чтобы получить разбан и сменить ник на приемлимый.
У кого была такая же ситуация? Какого хрена цензор на ники не работает, а потом игроку прилетает бан за ник?
Так ещё мне пришлось оплатить его смену на новый.
Прошу вас, расскажите, если кто знаком с такой же ситуацией, я волнуюсь за свой аккаунт в который было вложено не только куча времени, но и денег.

I was banned for an inappropriate nickname in the game. In English, right in the game, the reason for the ban states that you need to write to support in order to get the ban and change the nickname to an acceptable one.
Who had the same situation? Why the hell does the censor not work on the nickname, and then the player gets banned for the nickname?
So I also had to pay for his change to a new one.
Please tell me if anyone is familiar with the same situation, I'm worried about my account, which has invested not only a lot of time, but also money.

So people in comments think that is normal then popular multiplayer game has not normal censor for players nicknames? I can not put offensive/inappropriate nickname in battlefield or in call of duty or in rainbow six. And in War Thunder you can do that and than you get banned. It is like i am playing a gmod rp server and get banned for "inappropriate nickname".
Stupid, isnt it? I did not say that players need to have an oportunity to make their nicknames like they want. Just make a normal censor, it is not so difficult

Saying the offensive name you used is automatically banned (blocked from use) in other games, but not there, and you chose to use it regardless is not the move. Hilarious you thought you'd get away with it

If your Name is breaking the Rules, you get banned for it. You then need to write a Game Master not the Support with your new Nickname and your E-mail adress, then you will be unbanned.

Nickname censor works but we are able to see the Nickname and if that is breaking the Rules you get banned because of it. Nickname censor mode dont prevent to be punished if someone breaks the rules.

When you have changed your Nickname and wrote a Game Master on the Forum you will be unbanned, so no worry about it.
