Do premium planes offer any advantage or p2w benefits?

I definitely think that *most* premiums are overtuned on release in order to fuel purchasing, this goes for all vehicles. The A-10 on release was pretty nuts with the all aspect missiles for example.

But then the paper tail....
It depends on the vehicle. Some premiums (especially those lower in BR) are just copy pastes of tech tree vehicles with new skins and premium modifiers. Some premiums are unique modifications of tech tree vehicles that do cool stuff, like the Calliope (I want it so bad). Some are entirely unique vehicles that you cannot get on the tech tree, not yet at least, like the.. A6E would be my example? The IS-6, IS-7, etc.

Overall, the main benefit now (until they decide to try to force out another horrible economy update like the latest reversed one) is premium modifiers. Better RP/SL grind rate. If you buy a tier 4 prem, you can use it to grind every vehicle from tier 1 to tier 5. With normal vehicles, you can only really effectively grind +1/-1 tier.

Yes, Unlike tech tree vehicles they have a higher multiplier for SL and RP. But if you are a low level buying a premium plane all you are basically doing is p2w

If its Russian, yes.

If its anything else, only on release.

Mig23ML is a rank 8 plane at rank 7.
Su25k is still broken with its damage model.
2S38 still undertiered.
Ka50 best premium heli in the game
New Su39 seems OP, like usual for RU premiums.

Meanwhile:
Type 16 FPS could be 9.0 and get the same ammo as the TT version - its nerfed
Wolfpack is the same. Instead of being 10.0 and getting the M900 it gets a weaker one.
A10A got nerfed hardcore compared to the Su25K while being slower. SP cost are also more for less. Gun is weak and AP belts cost almost 200 SP. Meanwhile Su25k Default belts are much much stronger and the rockets are one shot machines.
New M1 KVT could be an M1A1 without the better dart at 10.3. It was once 10.3 but got the stronger dart and was put at 10.7. For some reason this vehicle needs to be nerfed and changed instead of getting the usual NATO treatment. Not to mention the M1 Abrams is weak anyway compared to the other 10.3 MBTs. It only has 360mm~ of pen and a better round would be great...
Kfir Canard auto locks every ally in range, which leads to teamkills in my experience. Very irritating "design".

For the majority of releases, premiums are somewhat better than the tech tree counterparts.
Fasters speed, faster reload, less repair cost, countermeasures, better rewards etc.

we have a few black sheeps, like, ka 50 considered to be the best heli in the game since release. 2s38 one of the best light vehicles and so on.

No, you will be paired with players that have better vehicles than you no matter how much you spend in the game.

Also, the game is full of cheaters

In some cases yeah, but it'll be obvious; like how 90% of german bombers you'll see at around 6.0 are the Ju 288C; it's just straight up superior to any other bomber at that BR.
