The salt towards their customers is pathetic and I think your take is 100% spot on.
It is very weird and off putting. But after current events in the world, it makes nothing but sense at this point.
Gaijin does not hate you.
This post is going to be censored by Gaijin real soon.
Would be believable if we talk about old Gaijin, but since patch 1.37 it's very obvious what they think about us players
Hyperbole, entitlement and victim complexes are the rules on this forum but for all the problems I might have with gaijin they are small niggling things I put down to the ever present incompetence of any organisation, not some kind of institutional hatred.
Meanwhile trying to sift the useful nuggets from the mountains of vitriol present here I don’t blame anyone for giving up and just not caring. Certainly from my point of view the extremists spouting their anti gaijin rhetoric are their own worst enemy completely alienating and treating the more moderate critics as the enemy while drowning out suggestions that actually might be worth considering with their all our nothing ‘if you are not with us you are against us’ approach.
From where I’m sitting many among this community make gaijin look like the lesser evil which prevents any kind of united front or meaningful discourse when I and others are called shills, bootlickers and any number of more colourful insults for daring to voice a different opinion and not immediately jumping on the hate bandwagon. Forums tend to be gathering grounds for the disaffected and I don’t claim to be any different but for the degree of dissatisfaction, so when all we see are extremist rhetoric that treats me as the enemy I can’t help but prefer the status quo
Increased grind with every major update.
Makes stuff cheaper.... also decreases rewards.
Playing British 7.7+ is a nightmare, even with Premium time it is rare to make a profit even from games you WIN!
Maybe stop simping and start acknowledging that you're harming the player base.
Increase rewards and make stuff cheaper, the Warthunder economy is god awful, it's a grind, not fun.
The "he hits you because he loves you" doesn't apply anywhere, and here is not an exception
For all people have a go at gaijin and their origins ironically they are an example of peak western capitalism. People are too used to being coddled by companies PR departments and their propaganda convincing them they matter. Beneath the surface they are all the same and dystopia isn’t the province of speculation, we are living it. The millions other companies pour into their public relations are just a strategic decision on the macro scale, any belief that any company cares about the individuals is deluded. You can accept your place as a faceless drone among the multitude or drive yourself to mouth frothing insanity screaming at the heavens, it makes no difference either way
Lmao, players compromised to gaijin's greediness simply because there aren't enough competitors that could challenge WT. Besides, the rise in player count over the years is due to those rather misleading gaijin advertisements on YouTube and other medias that folks think they can easily play with modern air and ground equipment. Business it is, yes, but in what form? Gaijin's running this in the form of a pressure test that they keep on reducing the rewards of sl vehicles, and now, even the premium ones. If you think this is a fine way to run a business from a customer's perspective, then you are either a masochist, a rich fella or someone who's got poor financial management skills.
