Ground top tier radars

Why the hell can a Pantsir-1 radar IMMEDIATELY lock onto your aircraft, flying 10 meters off the ground, whilst most other top tier AA have to sit there, and wait ten years before you even get a radar lock, by then the enemy aircraft is way gone.

US sucks?! Before Pantsir was added F16s were cas monsters that literally ruled games after first 5 mins when players got enough sp. They would bomb from 10 clicks up with no way of countering with the 2s6. The question you should be asking is not why pantsir is so good, it should be why don't other nations get equivelent spaa. Either a bait post or OP has reached top tier very recently.

I said US AA sucks donkey ♥♥♥♥ you dummy. I HAVE asked why other nations don't get equivalent AA, best response I get is "They have decent jets, so they obviously don't need better AA."

XM-1069 locks me and fires a missile at me the moment i take off from helipads, youve got the wrong buzz

The Pantsir uses a different radar band, I assume that (along with being more modern) is what lets it lock at such low altitudes

Yeah, but you can't do a whole lot against the ADATS and xm975 in general since they're manually guided, just gotta hit them before they hit you or dodge their missiles very well.
