how do I get rid of this vehicle hit video overlay?

Anyone know how I can disable the vehicle hit video that plays when you attacking ground vehicles in an aircraft? It blocks out the mini map when it plays. This is the video I'm referring to: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3027726097

Because it covers the mini map for a few seconds and during that time you cannot tell if there's any bad guys around you. And besides, why would you want that? It adds no value knowing where you're hitting the tank. Maybe when you're in a ground battle and you want to know what damage the guy you're attacking has. But in air battles its pointless.

it helps knowing what you knocked out, and bad guys won't be marked on your map by default, they have to get scouted

its useful if your strafing instead of bombing knowing where the last 2 alive guys are hiding in the tank is very useful. but if your just dropping bomba and going back to field dont think it adds any value besides novelty of "HA GOT YOUR X"
