Are event coupons immediately sellable?

sometimes yes but i think this time you have to wait 1 week after you get the upgrade for the coupon

Event vehicles always go up in price the longer you hold them. My 234/1 is sitting pretty at around 44 GJN, after starting at about 20 GJN if memory serves.

With the sale coming up anyway, there's no reason to cash in immediately. At least wait for the sale, unless you get the ability to sell it crazy early when there's high demand and low supply.
