Do they ever go on sale like 50% off and if so, does the 31% discount buying 25,000 GE still apply during the such sale or must I buy the Golden Eagles like now prior to 50% sale on Golden Eagle vehicles?

Well some Years ago through different payment places you had chances to get more GE...but you buy GE with a normal price and wait for the B-Day Sale...its normaly 50-75% off on all GE Vehicles older then 2 Main Patches.

Vehicles go on sale twice a year for 50% off. Late Oct/Early Nov for Gaijin anniversary, and again in Jan for the new year sale.

that 31% discount isn't a sale. It's just showing that you're saving money vs buying the small bundles over and over

No, the Golden Eagle percentages are just showing you the savings you get for "bulk" purchases

No, it actually is on sale 31% off. Regularly the 25,000 GE pack is $165, whenever it's 31% off however, the price $165 is crossed out and replaced with a $114 USD.
