instead of a penalty a little %5-10 percent bonus sounds alot better
now, if you want to say that you are a valiant kamikaze pilot who will always ram before turning away... THAT is roleplay.
There would be a penalty if your pilot is killed by being shot, yes. It makes sense, in a way -after all, the pilot died, how'd they get experience? (I'm not saying remove it all, I'm just saying there should be incentive to have your pilot survive).
