It used to be sellable as soon as you get it, but that was in the two first seasons of battlepass when there used to be 5 vehicles instead of 3. Gaijin decided people are getting too much and sliced it by creating coupon upgrade. The motive behind it is gaijing greediness
No, you get gaijin coins from the sale not Steam founds so theres nothing coming back to steam
Gaijin coins, so you can buy stuff. Not really worth it unless there is something specific you want and you have checked to see the price it is going for.
Since OP wants to sell a prize they must expect to get gaijin money. He would spend his GE except he does not have enough. So to sell he would have to buy more.
He does not want to give real money to Gaijin. So he can't get the coupon to sell his prize for gaijin money. My real question then is was he planing to buy something? If not the entire issue is moot.
