bot accounts

been seeing alot of suspicious accounts w suspicious stats on playercard. ive already submitted too many complaints for today. can i get penalized for doing so?

botting/boosting, although not all of them play like bots so im wondering if sending reports based on suspicion alone is grounds to get penalized

Heatmaps for individual players should be available for players to see where they generally hit on vehicles at distance and be used for reports of suspicious behavior, many games are doing this now because it helps further determine whether they are in fact using cheats/botting based on data & reports to back them up.

If your reports often turn out to be inaccurate or inconclusive you can potentially be penalized but to what extent heavily depends on how often and adement you are, if you send in like 15 reports and think they are bots and they all turn out to be human, eh whatever, you start ranting and raving at said "bots" in chat and begin reporting anyone who even turns their barrel towards you, then we have problems. You should be fine though, even in the latter case action is only taken if their is time in the day to do so and I have never even heard of anyone getting in trouble for actions like this if a week or more goes by and nobody says anything. There was a group of players a while back who used to show up in customs every week and a half or so and would mass report the players in the matches for unsportsmanlike conduct lol, nothing ever happened to them or us.

im getting this message in the hangar every few weeks when ppl mass report me for abuse and bad language, but totally ignored the fact that i disabled the chat in the settings which makes them look like idiots, do they get penalized for spreading lies like these ? Nope.

Nope, and especially if it is a larger group as it isn't the same person sending in the report over and over, the only commonality over time is you so there isn't much gaijin can do.
