To my understanding, with a premium account, you can only ban 1 map and dislike 4 maps, so the banned map will never show up in the match for the game mode you have the map banned on. If you have the map banned on AB and you play RB, the map wont be banned and vice versa. Disliking maps only lowers the probability of them showing up in matchmaking but they do show up.

The anger should be directed at yourself for not understanding what you're talking about.

As others have said, you can only BAN ONE map if you have premium, otherwise liking and disliking are little more than placebo.

The only way to play a banned map is if you squad up, and the squad leader has a different map banned than you do.
