I mean, from test driving and looking at it, it is just a premium 2A4. The camo net is kinda cool I guess, so if you don't have a lineup that high, I guess you could use it to grind. Though expect to die, like most top tier premiums, it ain't a super tank

Thanks And I have the 2a6 I was just curious if there's any Huge changes from the Tech line 2a4 in it :D

It is the same as the 2A4 in the tech tree besides the free camouflage net. If you have driven it, there is nothing different, not one iota.
