How to land a Sea Vixen on an aircraft carrier?

Apparently I can't post on the forum so I'll post it here.

HOW DO I LAND A SEA VIXEN ON AN AIRCRAFT CARRIER?!
I've been trying to land my Sea Vixen on an aircraft carrier for OVER 5 HOURS, every time I land I always fall off the deck like the tailhook doesn't work or something. I've tried landing in different spots, different speeds, and different approach positions but it never works

slow your speed, just press H (airbrake) to make your plane little bit slow while you try Land

I've been doing that all the time, landing my plane at ~130 knots. Every single time I land, my tailhook does not catch the arresting wire and I fall into the ocean.
