Change the German crew voice lines.
The new crew voices are great but as a German, some of them seem wrong.
For example when every crew member gets ready the loader says "Lader bereit" but the loader is called "Ladeschütze".
Also I don't know why you hear the loader over your radio when he is probably sitting next to the commander.
And the high explosive she'll isn't called "hoch explosive Granate", it's just called "Sprenggranate". ("demolition shell")

I disabled the crew's voice a long time ago and do not miss them at all.
What does that add to the game, hearing screaming all the time you do an action?
important is to hear teammates marking zones or asking for repair

When you rangefind an enemy the crew will tell you the (almost) exact distance of the enemy vehicle up to around 2km when ur on the enemy and then rangefind so its useful to have the crew voice on and their language set to your games language

yeah the range callouts are handy. and i dunno, i can hears all the sounds and can just tune out the drive going "FASTER" or whatever

Swedish voices are also inaccurate. I don't know if the commander have learned the concept of reversing because whenever I want to go backwards he tells me "forward". Even when under fire and on fire. Maybe it's all the same to him, or there can be no retreat :)

You must be fun at parties.
It adds immersion to the game

Those translation are still correct but just simplified translations like 'explosive granade' for 'Sprenggranate' would still be correct.

No, when you read war diaries, the word richtschütze and ladeschütze are dominantly used

I muted radio chatter and made crew voices louder. I don't want to hear "attention to the map" 23 times in a minute but rather listen to my actual crew

Everything we say sounds aggressive lmao, like Russian. But it's a very hard language to get into

Is there a way of switching off crew voices? I searched and could not find the option to do so.

I mean, some of them are just plain wrong. like the finnish crews calling tank destroyers Anti air missiles

Many voice lines are just incorrectly translated. Take the Chinese voice lines as example, the crews call tank destroyers and ATGM vehicles "surface to air missiles" and call incoming artillery strikes "air strikes".

Besides, the voice actings are just bad. The Chinese crew sounds like bunches cartoon characters. The voice acting is emotionless, awkward and unprofessional(in terms of both phrases used and voice acting skills). Neither the ROC Army or the PLA tank crews in real life speak that way.

Gaijin should really pay more efforts on the crew voices. The current ones just sound very low effort.

In the budeswehr it is
Take this media with a grain of salt though. This game is made by russian boomers, likely living in Saint Petersburg. The most western progressive city(To a horrendous ratio like anywhere else but petersburg; is a city 17 half life city state.)
