You bought an item, used it, and expect a refund?
You earned RP and SL with it.
I have heard of people getting refunds of Premium Vehicles, IF they HAVENT PLAYED IT.
Unfortunately, they only refunds if you mistakenly bought a pack and did not play the vehicle and immediately contact support, they give no refunds if you find out you didnt like the vehicle and want to hand it back
However, if the refund is requested, the RP and SL earned with that premium is removed from your account as well, just to prevent people from buying a premium, playing 4 matches, refunding, buying it again, and doing this over and over.
Correct. If you use a vehicle you purchased, they're not going to refund you since the item has been used on the associated account.
I'm sorry but my local car dealer doesn't care if steam gives a refund if I play the games less than 2 hours.
I hope you start seeing the weak link in your argumentation...
nah, I compare apples with motorcycles....just as you do :)
>states weak link in argument
>mocks the comparison of an in-game item to the purchasing of a game
what.... man has no argument and is trying to argue
Let me explain (so you don't look dumb next time when you reply):
steam and Gaijin are 2 different entities...I know, this might come as a surprise but it really is.
So, this means that Gaijin can actually have their own rules. Right ! What a surprise ! I Know, I couldn't believe it either !
Now here's the neat trick. There's actually something called an EULA. Yes, you know...the thing that nobody reads and just clics away.
I know, that's all new for you'all...but have a look at the entry "6. IN-GAME ITEMS AND APPLICABLE FEES"
What you read might surprise you'all .... (or not)
and for coutesy, here's even the link. Now I cannot understand it for you...that's the part where you actually have to work for yourself.

So next time you bring in Steam for a Gaijin issue, it's better to ask your car dealer. That will have approximately the same effect.
