Account Frozen?

I haven't played in a couple years and went to re-install the game and it says my account is frozen

Please don't give false information to your players..

Also OP keep in mind gaijin does NOT do refunds, even if you suggest to get a refund in golden eagles.

If you did not add the extra security layers, there are a lot of attack on warthunders accounts. Had some friends getting regular warning that someone tried to log on their account to the point some of them literally deleted their account as they were not planning any come back and were really bothered by the amount of attempt on them.
