Custom battles have become too toxic and modern

i used to play a few years ago and custom battles were my main game mode when the beast plane was the sabre and i used to love custom battles, it used to be a mix of player with different skill levels all having fun together. i have good memories of custom battles where for whatever reason we decided to have a tank wedding and we had tanks lined up either side of the road as 2 tanks drove up the road and we fired out guns in the air as they passed, or ones where we would try to escape the maps or find sneaky hard to get to spots.

unfortunately it has not stayed that way, today custom battles are a complete different story, it's mostly people showing off that they have the biggest and baddest top tier vehicle, they don't talk to anyone they kill anyone on sight even teammates, heli's and ships are pretty much kill on sight for both teams no matter which side they are on.

there used to be honour in not attacking prop planes while in a jet and that is long gone now with jets using radar guided missiles to pop ww2 fighter planes from 10km away or more and don't think the ww2 planes get away from this too since they can't get airkills anymore them mostly team kill their own sides tanks and ships leading to more team killing from the tankers side.

there is one way to avoid all of this in custom battles, the players that do this seem to avoid the very few sim battle custom games, no idea why but i'm guessing their lack of skill has something to do with it.

i'm just tired of this crap i have the f4EJ phantom and the type 90 but i am just too damn tired of having only 2 vehicles that are actually usable in custom battles when i could be playing any of the other more fun vehicles

I don't think I would play a custom battle not designed by myself or a friend that actually had the parameters i wanted. But I am strange that way

what's the fun of playing a custom game alone i'm upset about the direction the game has gone i'm not a a sad little loser that plays alone

You can invite people to your custom battle. They would have to conform to the parameters you set. By invite I mean allow
