yes but at BR 1.0.
My concern is that it is at BR 6.0 in this case.
Because Israeli starter players would quit arcade matches after 1 death, kinda cripples the whole team, don't ya think? Besides it's a glass cannon at that BR of 6.0
And once the player has researched a 3rd vehicle from the tech tree, the M51 should be spawnable only once, just like any other tank at BR 6.0 from any other nation can only be spawned once.

I hope Gaijin adds more game modes (types) as a whole. We could use a game mode that allows players to spawn indefinitely, taking tickets per every vehicle spawn, until one team runs out of tickets. Capping objective might be used to reward one team with additional tickets. Also more capzones and more variations. Bigger maps with progressive spawns(team which captures and progresses gets forward spawn while the losing team moves to a rear spawn. This will give the losing team chance to come back in the fight instead of getting spawn-gang-killed.
For example both teams start with 500 tickets each, a heavy tank takes 10 tickets, a medium 5, a lite tank or triple A takes 3. Also randomly select few players of each team who can spawn as air or rotary craft at the beginning of the match (air craft can deduct from a separate pool of tickets, for example 150 air tickets per team).
We have been playing the same game modes since 2013.

and unlike any other nations reserve vehicles, which can be spawned 3 times, along with Israel not having enough at 6.0 to make a lineup therefore crippling their ability to play at that BR if they research any vehicles in that tech tree, for no real reason.
