Equally, if you've team killed 3 times in a relatively short period of time. Perhaps a change in play style needs to occur. Those players lost out on using a vehicle that game, because of your mistake.
Plenty of people fly in sim without a radar.
I'm a layman and not involved in any mititary, but I know that today, military planes have some sort of IFF (Identification Friend or Foe) system - could a similar thing be introduced in sim?
Exactly this, at high tier there are aircraft with IFF. There's also plenty of in-game communication options.
if you actually did do it accidentally, you did it enough and maliciously enough for the team to report you, something tells me your story isnt true.
every match im complaining about tk-ers on the runway. glad to see something does get done
What do you mean WTF?
Well first: Be grateful it was only 24h... a ban can be from 1 to 7 days, depending on the situation...
And second: If you accidentally TK once or twice in a long time ( days, even longer ) it ignores it... happens to all of us eventually. Do it ~often enough~ you get a ban.. that's not once or twice in a long time if in two games you kill three teammates...
Finally third ( and the most fun ): Customer Support does not manage auto-ban reports and is unable to assist you in this case even a teamkill accident was unintentional....
TL;DR: Don't TK and it won't be a thing.
Not really relevant here as OP stated an issue with being unable to identify friendlies in Simulator battles.
Don't derail to have your own crusade.
No what OP is complaining about is he got a 24h ban after getting a 24h premium time...
4h ban won't discourage teamkilling with or without premium time... live and learn and be careful not to teamkill it may cost you IRL money... especially if unable to identify friendlies in Simulator battles, getting a 24h premium time should make one ~more~ cautious, not any less.
