Why is Vijayanta APDS weak?

Why is it APDS (M728) so bad compared to other tanks with same type of cannon breach/barrel that had stronger APDS such as L28A1?
At least, add L28A1 to Vijayanta (while you are at it, add it to Vickers Mk3 too)

it's british, minor nations don't get anything good (and before you say it's indian i'm talking about the tech tree not the origin of the tank, which is still a british tank anyways)

Don't worry too much about the M728. I have used the Vickers Mk 3 extensively and the Vickers Mk 3 also uses this American shot. It penetrates most tanks reliably except the heavy tanks. For heavy tanks, switch to HEAT. My load is usually 20 M728 APDS and 10 HEAT FS.

M728 is actually a better round overall than L28A1, due to having much better slope modifiers. Outside shooting the Maus or E-100, you're not going to come up against something with enough flat armor to defeat M728, while you're going to come up against a lot of angled plates that are strong enough to defeat L28A1 but not M728.

Sabot got nerfed. I avoid playing them but most of my main are Sabot too.
