Plugging in the controller does not unlock target lock and tracking for use in Ground RB for pc.
Tracking doesnt influence your barrel, it only keeps your camera right at them, depending on terrain your barrel can still jump and down. Its just timing to shoot in the right moment.
and your aim speed is limited by the turret rotation not really your own reflex so i dunno, just doesn't seem like it matters in any way? sounds worse even
It is when they don't even need to see you to lock and track. You could behind a building or a hill and they'll lock onto you.
