The repair pchela kinda and most likely is useless ngl
You have to drag around one single circle that doesn't really do anything.
And since its one circle, if there's multiple repair pchela's around the only one controlling the circle means that the rest are just wasted points.

That circle can "one shot" destroy enemy vehicle. You simply need to drag the dig robot onto enemy.

you can kill more tanks with the laser without needing to steal stuff, just kill t-114s.

Oh, I thought it was for repairing since its called a repair pchela.
