~ CPU maxed out
~ RAM maxed out
~ Game prioritized for performance

just have to get better internet.

if you are just listening to a video and not visually watching it, put the youtube video quality to the lowest possible, as the quality only effects the visuals, not the sound. That will stop the stuttering and get you better ping in game.

ye i think war thunder is going to need more power with each update, i notice this in other games but not in war thunder currently, and I watch a lot of pic-in-pic while playing

Don't listen to these scrubs. It's likely windows Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling. Disable it, and it may fix your issues.
Open Settings - Search "Graphics Settings" - turn off Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling. It can cause this issue, in various games.

If your using chrome, also turn off Hardware Acceleration in chrome too, or switch to a different browser.

If your still having issues after turning these off, then ya maybe it's ur CPU being too taxed.

This worked for me, so please take my points King! Also it is very true that the game is filled with little brainrotten manchilds who only can give unhelpful garbage advises or make unconstructive complaints when something is broken (OP) for them.

dont know if its the same problem but i've been getting this for the last month. it used to be fine before. sometimes while in game i would press W for half a second to just move a little only to move 100 meter forward and not being able to do anything about it but still being able to aim and shoot like normal. i just tried to turn off the hardware acceleration but im currently not able to test if that worked

Look into you tube music(This is a good option as you can set up keybinds to enable/disable it in game) also you can download extensions for chrome that will disable the video but keep audio which can massively reduce the bandwidth needed

Don't listen to these *nice*people*, it is also happening to me, I got 32gb of RAM 3080ti, I9 13th gen and ridiculously fast internet and it just pauses my videos and as soon you TAB back in, it instantly starts the video despite being loaded.

Hello. I did (i hope so) by your advising, but problem is still here.
How can i understand, that my CPU is too taxed? In task manager my CPU go for 76% maximum. Is it taxed?
