What is the game engine ? Unity ? Unreal Engine ?

With the high res texture pack available on the store, i saw absolutly no difference. And i would like to know if War Thunder is running on Unity or Unreal Engine ? Or they have their own game engine ?
Because the recents demos of this both engine illustrate a massive gap on graphics in-game, and i would like to see the same improvements in War Thunder.
I have a RTX 4070, and it use only 25% of the power to run in 4K 60fps movie settings.

I remember when i first played in 2013 how impressive were the graphics, it was just insane for the industry. And now it look a bit oldschool like 2018 games.
