Gaijin store took my money for 4 gaijin coins 3 times, so i paid for 12 GJN coins but got 0

So basically it gave me an error every time i tried to pay so i thought ok it didnt take the money ill try again, it turns out it took my money every time yet it gave me no gaijin coin. I opened a ticket its been 1 day with proof screenshots from my bank account etc yet no answer back from gaijin. What am i supposed to do?

you've done the right thing opening the ticket, noone here can help, just wait for them to respond when they are actually working,,,
