King tiger really suffering

Tiger 2 can't pen any american heavy tanks from the front in his BR range, those T26, T29 or T34,the only weak spot is their machine gun spot and some lower front plate I believe, which u normally can't shoot it because it's under cover. Wanna break his barrel and shoot his side? Unfortunately unlike German team, the american actually has teammate. On the other hand, the cheek of king tiger is a great weak spot which can be pen by any tanks in this BR range. King tiger is slow, penetration is not enough and it can be one shot from the front, can anyone just tell me how to deal with those american heavy tanks

I ignore Soviet cz most of the time they are my teammates, I played about 60 games of tiger 2 and only in like 2 or 3 games the russian are my enemy. aim for weak spots are nonsense, everyone know that, the problem is their machine gun spot are hard to aim cz they keep moving or angled in close range, in a long distance it's hard to hit, and most of the time they are covered by hills or other cover

Look at the tanks you have difficulty with under the armor viewer, they have a lot more spots you can pen on them with a long 88 than they can pen you with, since literally the only parts anything firing APHE can pen you is your tiny lil turret cheeks, assuming you don't wiggle your turret and bat the shell away with your mantlet or cause it to bounce off the angled turret front. The MG port isn't even the weakspot you should be aiming for on most american heavies since the other ones are all much larger and easier to shoot and don't have a strong spot around them. Depending on your range you can just frontal a lot of the american heavies unless they angle, and just shooting the turret at any flat parts will often break their gun breech if not kill turret crew.

The thing about the Tiger II is that it's OP for it's BR, the issue is really just german teams, ESPECIALLY in the tiger to tiger II range are some of the worst teammates you can ever get and will not just let you down all the time, but also be an active detriment half the time. 6.7 BR also sucks for any heavy tanks on every team because you're just gonna get uptiered majority of your matches into cold war ATGMs, HEAT shells, and APDS darts that turn you into little more than a slow medium tank and you run into some enemies with armor you *really* are gonna struggle with.

That's a skill issue. If you're facing a hulldown dude with a super armored mantle, why are you trying to trade shots with him?

If youre facing a Sherman and cant aim, why aren't you flanking?

If you're sniping, why are you trying to hit hard targets?

Tiger is completely fine where it is.

the tiger 2 premium also get penned in the turret by pretty much ANYTHING it meets and gets its ammo detonated even when you bring 5 shells into the game...broken tank

Once you get to that point it's better to start avoiding the use of heavy tanks. They are just large slow targets.

I know,but Germany in 6.7 only got some slow ass heavy tanks or TD, the only faster tanks are M41 or panther I guess

Focusing on the M41 from this point on will make the late game MUCH easier for you. That style of play is what will take over. You can't rely on armour at all and it gets worse the higher in BR you get. Germany gets some amazing light vehicles JPz 4-5 with the M41 make the good framework of a lineup.

I do check those tank in the armor viewer, the long 88 can't pen T26, T29 and T34 's upper front plate, the armor viewer show that there are some chance to pen T29 or T34's cheek, but in real game I mostly got a hit but not pen when I hit their cheek for some reason

Yep I am grinding M41 rn, but unfortunately I didn't grind the TD line cz I don't like the play style of heavy TD, and the best vehicle u can get is wiesel 1A2, it's a great vehicle but I don't think it is worth grinding

Ah, if thats the case a fair amount of the time, id say the best next place to shoot is the barrel to break it, sometimes its a bit tricky, but it works. Its probably the most ideal place to hit if you have no idea if you can pen or not.

Yes I know, it is useful if he is single tho, but if he got teammates or in a long range, u can still do nothing about it
