There are a lot of miserable people on this forum because they get stressed out and lose their minds trying to unlock vehicles and achievements. Play for fun.
While different modes have different modifiers, it makes little sense to do poorly in one with a higher modifier, than very well in another.
Air AB is great for researching multiple aircraft at once and having fun, while Air RB can be profitable, but it's better to not be a beginner to play it, plus the matches tend to drag-on a lot.
However, how's the RP reward? Like, is different gamemode offers different amount of RP or the RP is based on how we perform?
That's where you're wrong kiddo. I can spend 1 hour playing the USS Profitt horribly in arcade naval and make 200k, or spend 1 hour in Air RB and make...20k.
For higher tiers, buying + expert crewing a vehicle is quite expensive, and getting it from stock to something at least resembling competitive performance bleeds massive amounts of additional SL for those with higher repairs.
Being able to put those 200-500% boosters to use in a completely risk-free environment to brain-dead farm SL while watching Netflix at the same time is useful.
Edit: Probably worded this poorly, stock research tends to cost SL, and getting this over with in one sitting and then not caring is good.
No, it only progresses naval research.
Depending on how good you perform in tanks, at some point you might run into problems actually buying researched vehicles, which you need to in order to unlock the next research rank.
Naval is the easiest way for farming large amounts of SL without risk, and that might be useful to know for you if you run into trouble because of high repair costs and not enough kills or captures to offset.
You can easily have negative SL income in the game, but you can never have negative RP income, so it is possible you are outpacing yourself in RP.
Generally premiums with high SL multiplier and low BR, since you want to avoid battleships and cruisers in your game as much as possible.
I'm did use HMS Jervis a while back, but that does have a rather poor modifier, only 735% with premium account.
From a quick glance, the USSR Smeliy seems good right now, costs 1000 GE for a 1050% modifier at 4.3 BR.
Or USS Moffett / USS Frank Knox with 1200% modifier on both, but less favorable BR and more expensive to get.
On top of that already good base modifier, you then want to put the good boosters to maximize your profits.
Say you got a 200% SL booster, it can be hit and miss in ground RB if you get a good team and perform well, but in naval with a good premium you are pretty much guaranteed to get more than you would in an excellent round in ground even if you perform poorly.
RB may give SLIGHTLY more on average, but depends on how well you do
A lineup with 2 blue water (the main having a back up) a torpedo boat and a torpedo or level bomber. Will do research on all 3 if you use them. On maps where your blue water ships all start in a pack I open with the torpedo boat to take caps and give time for the herd to disperse. Or if the team needs a cap later the torpedo boat. Many nations have an award for finishing a battle in an aircraft. So if I have the spawn points and time is low I fly. (A plane can get a kill faster then a ship spawning late in a battle)
Torpedo boats also get kills often Blue water enemy ships
The best gamemode for the quickest research is the one you are good at. But lets say you were good in all modes, then regardless, realistic battles is probably the best.
Do your tanks and planes at the same time.
better rewards than arcade mode.
