Neither... "bias" in video games is only a meme.
To be honest, a functioning reverse gear is way more valuable than the best ERA.
Or thermals that aren't grainy af, assuming you even have them in the first place which isn't all that common except for top tier russian MBTs.
Not even talking about the fact that there are maybe three maps in the game where the actual advantages you do have in russian MBTs even matter.
Only advantage you really have over western tanks is badass looks, guess that's something.
The bias isn't really the players or mechanics, it's the lineups. russia has the strongest ground lineup from 8.0-10.0 russia also gets scary teams in air from 9.3-10.3.
I've been playing my german F104G and everytime I get the russians and chinese and I win.
