How to fix zoomed minimap in game?

So Last night for whatever reason, my minimap started to scale itself so that the edges are clipped off and can't see the whole map. I tried restarting the game and checked through settings, but found nothing that seems topical.

Can someone suggest a fix or is this a new update bug?
