Yeah, sure they are.... They absolutely are banning every account that doesn't fit the IP it was created with.

Because you know, people don't move to another flat / house, maybe play on the system of their girl- or boyfriend, get new hardware or using a VPN.

They can 't even get their servers stable, but they are supposed to have some kind of cyber unit that checks how many accounts for "account sharing"?

Honestly the only way I can see an account getting flagged as being "shared" is if it has been actively playing matches non-stop for days on end and IPs from multiple locations in the world have been seen connecting to the account in that time.
