Its called a shadow nerf. They implemented the code from dev server. Its not my fault you don't know how to turn off your after burner while flaring lmfao.

Lmfao You have to be super dumb and blind to not see the nerf. If you actually played the game you can see the R60M is better and the aim 9l is less flare resistant. You can be gullible and say it's a "conspiracy theory" but since my time in WT it has been multiple shadow nerfs and this is another instance.

How are we blind if we can't see something that isn't there? There isn't a shadow nerf, just the planes we fight have changed. Most of 10.3 (Where the AIM-9L is introduced) is mostly the F-5C at the moment, which comes with flares. Before that, 10.3 got a good couple of downtiers fighting things like early MiGs and other vehicles without flares.

I actually have noticed in the past few matches that aim9l have all of a sudden become very flare hungry where as before they were just about fire and forget guaranteed kills with the a-10 late

Obviously you don't play much. R60M as of right now is better in everything besides the range compared to AIM9L.

Its there. I totally understand that the F5c Spam is happening but I am even using the Harrier UK as an example when it comes to locking with the Aim9L.

There seems to be bunch of people who keep denying this because it is not in the patch notes or in the code because nothing changed on the AIM9L yet All i have to do is throw one flare and turn off after burner and the Aim 9L loses lock as compared to before I had to throw more than 3+ flares with turning off after burner. I am not sure how long these players played the aim 9 L before the patch XD. I totally understand their point because there lacks a patch note ... yet performance is obvious to the daily players of using aim 9L. This change seems to also be rooted from the dev server and into the live server. Before the patch it wasn't this flare sensitive.

No. The Aim-9L and R-60M act very differently. The only thing they can be compared as is having all aspect, other than that they are different missiles. The Aim-9L is NOTORIOUS for ignoring flares to a degree, but no situation can be perfectly replicated, so you can't just pull the "I feel like it changed" card.

I've noticed no such nerf, it's impossible to flare from rear aspect even when disabling engines completely.
