Gaijin Support?
I sent a ticket about recovering a deleted account and I am unsure if it's just Gaijin being its usual self or some sort of problem but it's been 3 days since the ticket and they haven't replied yet. I mean it isn't that hard to help someone out within 3 days... is it?..

Is it because I am giving my deleted account email? Should I sign in as a different account and then do it?
Assuming you sent it two days ago, you've caught them late Friday afternoon in Russia. Wait at least until Monday.

If you sent it three days ago, I bet your request is backlogged.

Well, I did send the request on my deleted account, maybe I can't see it because its like on the web ticket thing and it's basically unavailable. I sent another one on a different account.
actually due to recent events (quite a few accounts have been frozen/banned due to possible fraudulent transactions on Steam) the amount of tickets on the support website has raised dramatically (not officially confirmed ;) and thus the overall processing time has increased quite a bit (some people reported they had to wait up to 7 days for a reply)...

so i guess you have to be patient ;)
If you go to the support site it will say under news that the response times are longer due to a high amount of tickets (due to frozen accounts), I've been waiting for 6 days now.

Pretty much. Bugs exist still that we have been complaining about for YEARS such as being made to purchase mods, planes, or tanks again even though you have owned them in the past. When failjin shoves new planes or tanks in the lineup any plane you owned above it in rank will become unusable and you hve to buy it again. When you purchase it if you had mods researched you will see that you have previously owned and researched the plane but was made to spend more SL.

I have spend well over 3 million SL buying crap i have already owned and reaserched. Failjin at work doing a good. job. Money us what they care about and nothing else. Friggen russians
