Not even all of the T-72B series is fitted for the gun launched missiles. Originally I think it was only company and platoon leader vehicles fitted for ATGM capability but I believe this has become more common since then.
Likewise, not every T-62M can shoot ATGW from its gun.
Here are some examples:
T-62M-1 (Ob'yekt 166M-1) – T-62M fitted with a V-46–5M diesel engine.
T-62M1 (Ob'yekt 166M1) – T-62M fitted with a revised frontal armour layout on the hull and a normal night sight. It does not have ATGM capability.[23]
T-62MV-1 (Ob'yekt 166MV-1) – T-62MV fitted with the V-46–5M diesel engine.[23]
T-62M1V (Ob'yekt 166M1V) – T-62MV without ATGM capability.
Two models are often offered, I presume on basis of cost.

Yes, the wiki info lacks the Cuba information, as usual they were always very secretive, but even in the same page you can read :
"Cuba
The first T-62s arrived in Cuba in 1976.[44][55] Currently approximately 400 are in service with the Cuban armed forces and about 100 are in storage.[2][3] They are modernised to the T-62M standard with additional armour, laser equipment and fire control systems.[55]"
As I told you, the cuban T-62M tanks have laser designator and guided cannon launched munitions, as well their own APFSDS round for the 115 mm smoothbore gun
The T-72AV TURMS-T is an upgraded T-72A model. It is upgraded for the Syrians by an Italian company. The T-72A is a 1979 model which did not come with ATGW capability. The Italian company that upgraded it didn't have the tube-launched technology and it only upgraded the fire control system, hence the TURMS-T.
"T-72M1S – Syrian-Italian upgrade with the addition of the Galileo Avionica TURMS-T computerised FCS, including infrared cameras, improved gun stabilisation, stabilised sights for the gunner and the commander, and capability to launch 9M119 Refleks ATGMs. 124 T-72M1s and T-72AVs were upgraded to this standard between 1998 and 2000. Very few of the upgraded T-72AVs retained their explosive reactive armour after being upgraded."
The upgrade gave both the capability to use 9m119 Refleks ATGMs.
The T-72M1 has only improved armor thickness and smoke grenade launchers on the turret front but not the ability to use ATGMs:
"T-72M1 (Ob'yekt 172M-E5, Ob'yekt 172M-E6): Soviet export version, with thicker armour and similar to T-72A obr.1979g. It also is fitted with 7+5 smoke grenade dischargers on turret front. It was also built in Poland and ex-Czechoslovakia."
It should be able to use ATGMs BECAUSE of the TURMS-T upgrade.
Also the War Thunder WIKI says:
"The T-72AV (TURMS-T) is a Syrian upgrade of the Russian export T-72M1 main battle tank."
Either its a T72M1 (TURMS-T)/ T72M1S or its a Syrian-Italian upgrade of the T72AV.
But thats not the only thing thats kinda off, at the end of the paragraph it states:
"The new equipment also permitted the usage of 9M119 Refleks barrel-launched ATGMs. 124 tanks were upgraded to this standard between 1998 and 2000."
But still there is no 9M119 ATGM available. So sry to the guy above, but he is wrong, we should be able to use these ATGMs in the game
