The reason why the Churchill mk7 is 4.7?
the fact that its 5.7 can be uptired to 5.7 where the Panther is and and dont get me started on 5.3 where a TD is that i cant even pen from the front and it can lol pen me...

5.7 is a BR compression issue.
Anything else below 4.7, it is a god, and borderline unstoppable.

i mean if it would be 4.3 it would be better, but they could also change the BR spread 0.7 instead of 1.0, it will help alot of tanks that are around 4.7 and all the way to 9.3

It would be better than 4.3s.

how so? the Churchill mk has a bad gun for a 4.7 so id say its pretty balanced and its also slow

It also has 50% more armour than a Tiger, can stop multiple KV-2 shells in 1 battle, and can take literally dozens of hits and survive.

well thats true, but its that slow that tanks such as Tiger 1 and KV-2 can be at spots where you can kill the Churchill, putting it at 4.3 might not be the best thing to do, but i know for a fact Gaijin wont change the BR spread to 0.7 because we dont deserver to to have a easy time, its in their business model, "make our players suffer so they spend more money and we will profit".

It isn't the easiest to use, true. Your best bet is to stay with your teammates, alaways angle, both your hull and turret and just tank those shots. Use your gun only for shootingt barrels, tracks or shooting weakspots IF possible. If it was 4.3, the worst oponent it could face would be the Tiger H1... which still struggles to pen it. For its gun it's in an ok spot. BR decompression would help, but I don't think that it will vastly change its purpose.

Churchill MK7 is all about the angling, can ping off long 88s rather easily in that thing on the hull. The long 75s shouldn't be much of an issue. The armor's one of the best armors I've seen of any tank for its BR. You might not be able to pen your enemies, but they won't be able to pen you assuming you angle.

Cause the churchill mk 7 has a terrible gun so it should be at 4.7. I swear that if britain has something decent everyone complains. Britain gets ♥♥♥♥ on by gaijin a lot, when we have something that is decent everyone complains.

i know its all about angling, but the fact that the 75mm on the Panther can lol pen me is kinda annoying and i cant even pen it front the front, same with the IS-2 just yeets me to hell, but its easier to pen the IS-2 for sure because of the rather weak cheeks sometimes i even struggle to pen Panzer 4's and the fact it can pen my MG port and one shot me is also kinda annoying, i still love bouncing Tiger's and other tanks with weak guns, so its a hit or miss, it sometimes work but when it doesnt i get pretty mad

edit: also it doesnt have any good tanks to support it, i mean Firefly is okey but its rather slow, and Avenger only has a good gun, the other good tanks i see is the Comet but its at 5.0

Heavy tanks above or at 4.7 always have this problem. Especially with tanks with weak guns you should never take it out if you are in a full-uptier. If you're playing RB you can see that a heavy in a full-uptier will cost 150 sp.

But neither of those tanks should be able to pen you while you're angled unless its a hit to the turret ring or your turret is facing them or it hits the turret corner if you are angled. All of which are rather small areas.

thats where you are wrong, there is a odd spot where the tracks are and IS-2 can yeet your ass there same with the Panther doesnt matter if you are angled or not, its only 63mm after all

If you look at the Churchill Mk.7, just above the first frontal tiny wheel (idk what they are called), there is a hole. If you shoot through that hole, you can bypass the 95mm side plates and instead hit an angled plate, that roughly equates to 120mm effective thickness.

Suggestion: wiggle. That spot is tricky to hit. If you wiggle your tank around the chance of the enemy actually hitting that spot goes down dramatically.
